AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:

You can enroll in our automatic billing, and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore recommended. You can purchase travel insurance on your own or receive a personalized quote from J Hill Travel.

TRAVEL NOTES:

Traveling abroad requires a US Passport with six months validity after the trip date. For this trip, your passport must not expire on or before May 22, 2027.
When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our automatic monthly payment plan option. You can opt-out of this program by emailing us at billing@jhilltravel.com.
If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due.
Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date of July 25, 2026, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.
You should schedule your flight to leave the US on October 7, 2026 to arrive in Paris (CDG Airport) on October 8, 2026 by 3:00 PM local time for hotel check-in. Your return flight should be scheduled to leave Paris on October 12, 2026.
Roommate matching is available for this tour. When making your reservation, please select “double occupancy” and enter “request roommate match” when asked for your roommate’s name.
Roommates will not be matched until 60 days prior to departure and after 75% of your reservation total has been paid.
It is the guests’ responsibility to notify J Hill Travel of all email address changes.
